Terms & Conditions

By using growgracekids.com, submitting a form, requesting an invoice, purchasing curriculum, or accessing a Grow in Grace Kids resource, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you are acting for a church or other organization, you represent that you are authorized to act for that organization.

Website use

You may use this website for lawful purposes related to learning about, evaluating, or purchasing Grow in Grace Kids resources. You may not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, use automated tools to copy substantial portions of the site, or use the site in a way that violates another person’s rights.

Curriculum information

We aim to describe our products accurately. Product content, release timing, pricing, and availability may be updated. Curriculum is intended as a ministry resource; each purchasing church remains responsible for reviewing theological fit, selecting appropriate activities, supervising children, and following its own safety policies.

Intellectual property

The website, curriculum, illustrations, designs, text, downloads, and related materials are owned by or licensed to Grow in Grace Kids and are protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws. Purchasing a product gives the purchaser a limited license to use it; ownership of the underlying materials is not transferred.

Third-party services

We may use third-party providers for website hosting, forms, email, invoicing, payments, and other services. Those services may have their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for third-party websites that we do not control.

Disclaimer and limitation

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and curriculum are provided “as is” without warranties that they will meet every ministry’s needs or operate without interruption. Grow in Grace Kids will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the website or curriculum. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Before beginning formal legal action, the parties agree to make a good-faith effort to resolve the issue directly.

Church-Use License

Unless an invoice or written agreement states otherwise, each curriculum purchase includes a nonexclusive, nontransferable license for one purchasing church organization at one physical campus.

Permitted use

  • Church staff and volunteers may download, print, copy, and distribute the materials internally for the purchasing church’s ministry programs.
  • The church may use the materials in multiple classrooms and age-group settings at the licensed campus.
  • Leaders may make reasonable adaptations for class size, schedule, accessibility, and the needs of their children, provided the adapted materials remain for the licensed church’s internal use.
  • The church may provide the included take-home materials to families participating in its ministry.

Not permitted

  • Sharing files or printed packets with another church, ministry, school, campus, or outside organization.
  • Posting complete files or substantial portions of the curriculum on a public website, shared drive, social-media platform, or public resource library.
  • Reselling, sublicensing, repackaging, or using the curriculum in another paid product or service.
  • Removing copyright notices or presenting the materials or illustrations as another person’s work.

Multi-campus churches and organizations seeking broader use should contact info@growgracekids.com for written licensing terms.

Purchases, Digital Delivery & Refunds

Invoice requests

Submitting an invoice request does not charge the requester or require Grow in Grace Kids to accept an order. A purchase is confirmed when the parties agree to the invoice terms and payment is received or otherwise approved in writing.

Pricing and taxes

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and may change. The purchaser is responsible for applicable taxes unless a valid exemption is accepted. We may request tax-exemption documentation or other billing information before completing an invoice.

Digital delivery

Curriculum is delivered electronically after payment is received. The purchaser is responsible for providing a working email address, downloading and securely storing purchased files, and ensuring that authorized users follow the license.

Ministry-Year Plan

The Ministry-Year Plan includes units released during the applicable ministry year. Release timing and final unit titles may be adjusted as curriculum is completed. Purchasers receive permanent licensed use of each unit delivered or downloaded during their plan. A purchase of an eligible individual unit may be credited toward the Ministry-Year Plan when the upgrade is completed within 60 days and the other stated conditions are met.

Refunds

Because digital files cannot be returned, completed curriculum purchases are generally nonrefundable after files have been delivered or accessed. Before delivery, a purchaser may ask to cancel an unpaid or unfulfilled order. We will also review requests involving duplicate payment, an incorrect product delivered by us, or a technical defect that we are unable to resolve. Any rights required by applicable law remain available.

Training

Pre-recorded training included with the Ministry-Year Plan is for the purchasing church’s internal use. Live virtual and on-site training are separate services governed by the scope, timing, travel, cancellation, and pricing shown in the applicable invoice or written agreement.

Privacy Policy

Our hosting and service providers may also process basic technical information, such as IP address, device or browser information, referral page, and website activity, for security, delivery, and operational purposes.

How we use information

  • Provide requested downloads and respond to questions.
  • Review invoice requests, process purchases, and deliver curriculum.
  • Provide customer support and important service communications.
  • Send optional marketing or resource updates when a person has chosen to receive them.

How we share information

We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers that help us host the website, process forms, manage email, send invoices, receive payments, store business records, or provide professional services. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or as part of a business reorganization.

Email communications

Transactional or service emails may be sent to provide a requested lesson, respond to an inquiry, send an invoice, confirm payment, or deliver purchased materials. Marketing updates are optional. You may unsubscribe from marketing messages at any time using the unsubscribe method in the email or by contacting us. Unsubscribing from marketing does not prevent necessary service communications about an active request or purchase.

Retention and security

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, including customer service, licensing, accounting, tax, fraud prevention, and legal obligations. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no online system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your choices

You may ask to access, correct, or delete information you submitted, subject to legal and operational retention requirements. You may also withdraw marketing consent. Send requests to info@growgracekids.com.

Policy updates

We may update this policy as the website, services, or legal requirements change. The effective date above will be revised when material changes are made.

Children’s Privacy

The website and its forms are intended for adults, including church leaders, educators, parents, and caregivers. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 through the website. Children should not submit forms or provide personal information. If you believe a child has submitted personal information, contact us so we can review and delete it as appropriate.
